1. Dilute the shampoo with lukewarm water at a 1:10 ratio.

2. Thoroughly wet the coat with lukewarm water.

3. Apply the diluted shampoo and massage gently into the coat and skin for about 3 minutes.

4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
